FOUNDER & LEAD DIRECTOR
Dima is a London-based music professional, DJ and radio host with over five years’ experience in the international music industry, including working for a US-based global music distribution company. His practice spans DJing, radio and community-led music, with performances at Southbank Centre and Glastonbury Festival, a residency at AAJA Radio, and guest broadcasts across Worldwide FM, Sister Midnight, Voices Radio and We Out Here Festival.
Shaped by his own experience of forced migration, Dima founded Crossfade to create greater creative agency, access and ownership for displaced and migrant artists - enabling people to develop their practice, build networks and take up space within the music industry on their own terms.
